I would like to thank you, and each member of the Subcommittee for your time and effort which have resulted in the committee's recommendation to the commission on the methodology to be used in processing applications for special reorganization.

Now that the process has begun, it is believed that the subcommittee’s valuable guidelines can be carried forward by LAFCO staff with the full commission's oversight. Once again, thank you.
