Names submitted for LAFCO Notices

MEMORANDUM 003

This submittal is made on behalf of the 132,490 qualified and registered voters ("Applicants") of the San Fernando Valley ("Valley") who have petitioned to study a proposed Special Reorganization of the City of Los Angeles ("City") and pursuant to procedures established by the State of California and the Los Angeles County Local Agency Formation Commission.

At a recent Meeting of LAFCO, the Commission requested that parties, including the Applicants and governmental bodies wishing to be noticed of the proceedings involving the Special Reorganization of the San Fernando Valley submit their names and contact information to LAFCO.

As such, the applicants submit the attached lists containing the names and contact information of the Executive Board Members of Valley VOTE, Inc., San Fernando Valley Organizations that support the LAFCO Study and the leaders of the San Fernando Valley CIVIC Foundation. The applicants request that future LAFCO notices regarding the Special Reorganization of the San Fernando Valley be sent to these individuals and organizations.

Applicants reserve the right to supplement and amend this submittal based upon new information and subsequent events.
